The staff are all friendly I love walking in a very clean atmosphere.The hygienist was very helpful and did a excellent job on my teeth. I'm able to put on a smile and feel good about myself.

I am deathly afraid of the dentist. In fact, I’ve been avoiding getting a tooth taken care of for about 7 years because of my fear of the dentist. Finally the pain got so severe I decided I had to do something about it. I did some looking with my insurance and decided on Complete Dental of York and boy am I glad I did. The staff was able to get me seen same week for an emergency dental exam. When I arrived I immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The staff answered any questions, handled things with my insurance, and I was taken to the back by a hygienist. She was absolutely phenomenal. I explained how scared I was and she immediately made me feel at ease. My pain and comfort were taken extremely seriously. I was given the option to try for an extraction that day or to wait a few days to run some antibiotics. I opted for the latter and they got me scheduled for the following week. At the extraction appointment the staff, hygienist and dentist all made me feel comfortable. Answered any questions and explained the entire process from start to finish. I don’t usually like using big corporate companies for my personal care, but it’s getting more difficult to find dentists who accept insurance. So I came to Complete Dental of York a few weeks ago to try to get relief with an issue that had been “fixed” several times by 2 different providers. So far, the results from my care have been great with no more symptoms. I had my biannual cleaning and a plan of care for some other issues. But last night had intense pain and needed help. They were able to get me in first thing this morning and dint make me wait for resolution—they fixed it right then. This has not been my experience in a long time. The office staff are diligent in insurance estimates and give you that right at the visit so you know. The clinical staff are very competent. And everyone is so pleasant and even friendly with not just me as the patient but with each other which is so refreshing. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice for your dental needs.

Very competent staff. Dr Abeln has the expertise to address your situation. She talks you through your procedures and explains thoroughly what she doing and what to expect afterwards. Convenient and safe location. Prices are acceptable.

I absolutely love this office. The staff are friendly. The dental assistants are very knowledgeable and Dr. Abeln is great! Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a straightforward gentle dentist. Very detailed when she is working on your teeth as well with steps that are being taken.
